· Roll-out of GST across business· Coordinate with external/internal legal team forresolving business pending litigation against/ by the business· Keep track of all governing and legal issues ofthe Business· Gap analysis of various applicable laws and itsimplementation through daily analysis of changes in various laws, regulationimpacting the business· Coordinate with respective Units on complianceof statutory rules and regulations for the Business aligning it withGrasim/ABNL requirement· Periodic certification under CorporateGovernance· Implementation of Group policy and its adherenceat the business· Coordination with Group Corporate Legal Cell andSecretarial department of Grasim on critical matters.· Review and finalization of all major contractswith Customers/Suppliers/stakeholders etc. · Conducting legal due diligence of all Units andmonitor compliance· Negotiation of contract with legal firms andensuring timely payment· Negotiation of insurance policies for bothdomestic chemicals and VFY business  officerBusiness Introduction:
